It is not therapy, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified health care provider. Reading this website, signing up for emails, or contacting me through the site does not create a therapist-client or coach-client relationship. That relationship begins only after we have both agreed to work together and you have completed my intake paperwork.
Psychotherapy and Coaching Are Different Services
Psychotherapy services are available only to people who are physically located in Colorado at the time of each session, in accordance with my Colorado licensure.
Therapeutic coaching is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. Coaching is not intended to diagnose or treat any mental health condition, and it is not covered by insurance. Coaching may be offered virtually to people outside of Colorado. If, during coaching, it becomes clear that you would benefit from mental health treatment, I may refer you to a licensed provider in your area.
Not for Emergencies
This website and its contact form are not monitored for emergencies. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, please call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room.
